DEPOSIT POLICY:
- All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation balance, due at the time the reservation is made.
- The remaining balance will be charged to the same card at time of check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cottage cancellations received up to 30 days prior to check in date, deposit will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Cottage cancellations received within 30 days of check in date will result in forfeit of total money paid. NO EXCEPTIONS (You are welcome to transfer reservation to another date)
- RV cancellations received up to 7 days prior to check in date, deposit will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
- RV cancellations received within 7 days of check in date will result in forfeit of total money paid. NO EXCEPTIONS (You are welcome to transfer reservation to another date)
- NO refund given if you choose to check out of your cottage or RV site prior to your reserved check out date. NO EXCEPTIONS
PET / ANIMALS POLICY:
- NO pets or animals allowed in cottages. Due to various animal dander allergies and previous damage, there are no animals allowed in the cottages. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Pets are allowed for RV stays, must be on leash while outside. Please pick up waste
SMOKING POLICY:
- NO smoking of any kind in cottages.
- Smoking outside on property is allowed. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
- If smoke is detected inside cottages there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to reservation before check out processed.

RESERVATION POLICY:
- A reservation only guarantees the cottage of your choice to be available to you for the dates you reserve it.
- A deposit only holds the cottage reserved and does not guarantee the nightly rate.
- Prices are subject to change year to year as needed and without notice.
- ALL cottages have a 3 night minimum and 4 night minimum during holidays.
- The Boathouse has a 7-night requirement in Peak Season. (Saturday to Saturday) OFF PEAK- 3 night minimum , 4 night minimum during holidays.
2026 ROOMS / RATES
PEAK SEASON (March 15 - Sept 24)
The Pine: $239/nt (3 night Minimum)
- 2 bedroom Rate includes 4 adults. $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over. Two-bedroom ground floor unit. (sleeps up to 6 with sleeper sofa), Two queen beds, Queen sleeper sofa, large kitchen with bar counter and stools, large dining table with two benches, full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. large bathroom with tub/shower, living room with electric fireplace, large deck with gas grill, patio table and lake view.
The Boathouse Premium Lakeview: $359/nt. (7 night minimum)
- Three bedrooms, two bath stand-alone house with great lake views! Rate includes 6 adults. $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 10 max). Large master suite has French door opening off of living room, King bed, clothing armoire, large sitting chair with ottoman, TV, bathroom with stand-alone shower, spa tub, and double sink. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, sitting chair and lamp table perfect for reading or just having some quiet time and TV. Second bathroom with shower, TV room with sofa and loveseat, large TV, great for the kids!!. Large living room with queen size sleeper sofa, two recliners, gas fireplace, 50" TV and great view of lake from 3 picture windows. French doors off living room to new large covered deck. Open floor plan for kitchen/living room/ dining room. Mud room with washer/dryer and extra full size refrigerator. Farm style kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, and coffee bar. Large farm style table with two benches and two chairs, an island with small sink and bar counter with stools. Deck with grill and amazing view! three TV's throughout.
The Dogwood, Hickory, and Mulberry: $159/nt. (3 night minimum)
- One bedroom ground floor units. Rate includes 2 adults. $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa) kitchen with dining table, Full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. TV, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, regular size bathroom with shower, rear balcony with chairs and front deck with patio table and gas grill. The Mulberry also has an electric fireplace.
The Oak Studio: $139/nt. (3 night minimum)
- Studio ground floor unit. Rate includes 2 adults. $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa), kitchen with dining table, Full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV, regular size bathroom with shower, rear balcony with chairs and front deck with patio table and gas grill.
The Redbud and Sassafras: $159/nt. (3 night minimum)
- Upper-level Carriage House one bedroom unit, lake view. Rate includes 2 adults. $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa), kitchen with dining table, Full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. TV, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, regular size bathroom with tub/shower combo, lakeview balcony with gas grill and patio table. These rooms share a long balcony with each having their own grill and patio table.
Boat Slips: $10/nt. ***Please call us at 417-538-0838 to reserve a boat slip based on boat size and slip availability.
RV site: $40/nt. (One night minimum, three nights during holidays) Electric (30 & 50 amp) Includes Water, and Sewer. Picnic table with umbrella, charcoal BBQ grill, Personal fire ring. Firewood available. Access to in-ground pool, walking trails, fishing and swimming docks and playground. Pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after
OFF PEAK SEASON (Jan 5 - March 14, 2026 / September 25, 2026 – Dec 24, 2026 / Jan 2, 2027 - Mar 15, 2027):
- All cottages have a 2-night minimum, 3-night min during holidays.
- Boathouse has a 3 night minimum IN OFF PEAK.
The Pine 2- bedroom carriage house: $99.00/nt. (2 night minimum)

BOAT RENTAL:
- Tritoon: 2022 24', 225HP, canopy, stereo, seats 12-15 Full day $500 /10 hrs. $250.00 deposit required per full day rented. Half day $300 /4 hrs $150.00 deposit required per half day rented. (Deposit will be forfeit if reservation cancelled for reason other than weather). Life jackets are provided
- Tracker 16' 60hp fishing boat with trolling motor. half day $165.00 full day $250.00 50% Deposit required upon reservation.
Other Rentals:
- Kayaks: $10 per hour, $25 for the day. Life jacket provided.
- Canoe: $10 per hour, $25 for the day. Life jackets provided.
