2024 Minimum Night Stay:   

     Peak Season (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day weekend):            3 night minimum required for ALL cottages.    Boathouse requires a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday).   

    Off Peak Season:       ALL cottages have a2 night minimum.     Boathouse requires a 3 night minimum during off peak season. 

 

 DEPOSIT POLICY: 

All reservations require a minimum deposit of HALF the total reservation balance, due at the time the reservation is made.   Payment in full is accepted, it will be subject to the 20% cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit according to cancellation policy timeline. NO EXCEPTIONS.       Upon arrival, remaining balance will be charged to card used for deposit. **Please notify us upon arrival if a different card needs to be used for balance payment or if you are paying balance with cash. 

*One Night stay: Allowed in Off Peak Season only.   A $25 Housekeeping fee will be added to any cottage reserved for one night.  (Boathouse and Pine are not included in one-night rentals). 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

ANIMALS:    We have a NO animals policy for ALL cottages. Due to various animal dander allergies, there are no animals allowed in the cottages.

 

 SMOKING:  There is NO Smoking inside any of the cottages, however, outside on property is allowed.  Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. If smoke is detected inside cottages there will be a $250 fee added for cleaning.

(sleeps 6 with sleeper sofa), Two queen beds, Queen sleeper sofa, large kitchen with bar counter and stools, large dining table with two benches, full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. large bathroom with tub/shower, living room with electric fireplace, large deck with gas grill, patio table and lake view.
  • The Boathouse Premium Lakeview: $359/nt. (7 night minimum) Three bedrooms, two bath stand-alone house with great lake views! Rate includes 6 adults. $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 10 max).  Large master suite has French door opening off of living room, King bed, clothing armoire, large sitting chair with ottoman, TV, bathroom with stand-alone shower, spa tub, and double sink.  2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, sitting chair and lamp table perfect for reading or just having some quiet time and TV.   Second bathroom with shower, TV room with sofa and loveseat, large TV, great for the kids!!. Large living room with queen size sleeper sofa, two recliners, gas fireplace, 50" TV and great view of lake from 3 picture windows. French doors off living room to new large covered deck. Open floor plan for kitchen/living room/ dining room. Mud room with washer/dryer and extra full size refrigerator.   • The Dogwood, Hickory, and Mulberry:   $159/nt.   (3 night minimum)

TV, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, regular size bathroom with shower, rear balcony with chairs and front deck with patio table and gas grill. The Mulberry also has an electric fireplace. 
  • The Oak Studio: $139/nt.  (3 night minimum)
    Studio ground floor unit.   Rate includes 2 adults.  $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa), kitchen with dining table, Full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV, regular size bathroom with shower, rear balcony with chairs and front deck with patio table and gas grill. ​ 
  • The Redbud and Sassafras:  $159/nt.    (3 night minimum)
    Upper-level Carriage House one bedroom unit, lake view.  Rate includes 2 adults.  $10 per night/per additional person age 6 and over (sleeps 4 with sleeper sofa), kitchen with dining table, Full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher. TV, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, regular size bathroom with tub/shower combo, lakeview balcony with gas grill and patio table.  These rooms share a long balcony with each having their own grill and patio table. 

 

  • Boat Slips:  $10/nt.  ***Please call us at 417-538-0838 to reserve a boat slip based on boat size and slip availability.
  • RV site: $49/nt. (One night minimum, three nights during holidays) Electric (30 & 50 amp) Includes Water, and Sewer.  Picnic table with umbrella, charcoal BBQ grill, Personal fire ring. Firewood available. Access toin-ground pool, walking trails, fishing and swimming docks and playground.  Pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after

BOAT / SEADOO RENTAL: 

  • Tritoon: 2022   24', 225HP, canopy, stereo, seats 12-15      Full day $500 /10 hrs.    $250.00 deposit required per day rented.    Half day $300 /4 hrs    $150.00 deposit required per day rented.  (Deposit will be forfeit if reservation cancelled for reason other than weather).  Life jackets provided.
  • Fishing boat:  16' tracker, 60HP motor, trolling motor, fish finder.  Full day/10hrs $250 / $125 deposit required per day rented.       Half day/ 4hrs $165/ $82 deposit required per day rented.  (Deposit will be forfeit if reservation cancelled for reason other than weather).  Life jackets provided.
  • Seadoo:     1 for 4 hrs $250       1 for 8 hrs  $400            Two Seadoo's for $300  2 Hrs Only             Life Jackets available

 

Other Rentals: 

  • Kayaks:     $10 per hour, $25 for the day.      Life jacket provided.
